Nothing... Just tiny observations
Nothing just silence and observation Enjoying the present moment and this charismatic creation. Thinking of different cities in different countries of the world Which my phone's weather updates unfurl. Strange it's morning here and night in Miami Midnight in Edinburgh and early morning in Dubai This day's afternoon in Queens-town and last evening in Bellevue Oh! This world is quite a brew. Somewhere it's cloudy, somewhere foggy Somewhere it's raining and somewhere it's clea

Ego-Perception
Whenever I act like a hypocrite I am watching myself. Whenever I get angry I am there. Whenever I feel arrogant The observation is apparent. Whenever I am deluded I can see I am the one who is wounded. Whenever I am acquisitive I can analyse I am diminutive. Perhaps this is what one can call Self-cognition or ego-perception. Happy Saturday and a very contented weekend pals!!! Medhavi :-)

Let Someone Be!
Let me be! Let me be! Let me be! I've heard once the world let someone be Though the way was not easy. You know what did he find in his being? He found boundless love, compassion, Stability, wisdom, peace, space, Universal brotherhood and tranquility. Isn't it awesome! Now I am on my way to find my being And I am surprised I am also finding the same thing. Want to join? Start the journey right away No matter where you are Where you live Just don't delay. I bet, you would a

Abstract expressionism
They are there in the universe Spread all over. Infinite zeroes which represent perfectionism Triangles for abstract expressionism. Infinite parallel lines which shows compatibility Squares and rectangles for boundaries and possibilities. Circles for fullness and politeness Straight lines for rightness. And all the other boundless metaphysical configurations Which are beyond human understanding Of course they exist in this creation. Pleasant evening friends!!! Medhavi :-

Imaginary Rain
An imaginary rain, serene and divine, Has droplets benign. When stops the world seems rejuvenated, Every nook and cranny is elated. Every living being is blissful now, In respect of nature they bow. Surprisingly all the nations' boundaries have been dissolved too, It's one world now, which respects each view. And do you know we are blessed that even the walls of religions have also been disappeared, No differentiation of cast and creed, each is equal, Look, how this seren

And feel free
Clean it, move ahead and clean this dirt of grudge With the brush of your conscience. You know it, You can see it clearly, How this dust is bothering you. Because it's your inner, soft corner Which is getting dirtier. Not someone else's. And you know it well This journey belongs to you only, Not someone else. Clean it before this layer could get thicker, And would bother you even more. No matter if you would pretend to be busy Or try to ignore. It would stay there to explode.

Misunderstood EGO
Everything starts from the self and immerse into the self; in between lies the whole universe. This journey is about to explore, know, analyse all these 'in between' things, through exploring, knowing, analysing, realising, criticising, improving and awakening the self. That self is ego which can be defined as a person's sense of self-esteem or self-importance. Then why people think ego is bad? I think it is just misunderstood. Pleasant evening friends!!! Medhavi :-)

In his spiritual love, let us immerse
Look! He is coming again, With the same grandeur, holding discipline's rein. See, how birds are already out to welcome him, To receive him, singing hymn. The whole atmosphere seems in meditation, As if having an experience of upgradation. Wind is still, trees are peaceful, The entire ambience is blissful. Let us join hands to welcome the magnificent sun, On his dedication and honesty, we all are stunned. Let us thank him from the depths of our hearts, In his spiritual love, l

Beautiful Relativity
Recently I've been thinking a lot about relativity and the more I think about it, the more I find it beautiful. Everything, every situation, every point of view is relative. Trying to catch some: Starting is relative, so does the ending. Birth is relative, so does the death. Achievements are relative, so are the losses. Awakening is relative, so does the slumber. Hunger is relative, so does the full stomach. Woes are relative, so does the happiness. Languages are relative, so

A tribute to Shri Khushwant Singh ji
He played with the words, used them wisely, He explored different realms of life through pen, brightly. Recently he completed 99 years of his fulfilling life, And had said I've lived enough, Now I am waiting for the death to arrive. He lived fully, honestly, He expressed himself truly. And with a clear conscience, See he died peacefully. He was none other than the great author Mr. Khushwant Singh (February 2, 1915 – March 20, 2014), best known for his secularism, humour and

Gross to Subtle
When one proceeds on this journey, From gross to subtle. Slowly emotions, happenings, Behaviours, characters Start appearing transparent. As if one can read them, On the face of someone one is talking to, In the clattering of the objects, Someone is picking up or putting down. In someone's gestures, eyes, facial expressions. And most importantly in one's conscience, How one starts realising it profoundly that It's a journey within. An improvement within, A clearing within. Ho

Spectator
Just trying to be a spectator of my own thoughts and going to write them down as they would come into my mind. Moon, grandeur, beauty, immense. How can it be so beautiful and shiny, what is its story? How, how, how can it handle this glory with the same ease, always. The morning weather, clouds in the sky, a bit of lightning, thunder of clouds, rain started and ended soon too. The weather is peaceful, as if meditating. Sky is continuously changing colours towards lighter shad

Teach me this assurance and expansion
O birds! You all are so free, As if always on a freedom's spree. I wonder how fearless and expansive you are, You seem even more powerful than a czar. Being human I have the power of brain indeed, But it's you who are truly freed. The way you spread your wings from the topmost branch of that tree, It seems you are the most confident, Oh! I just love thee. And when you take a flight with that assurance, Surely you cover a long distance. It seems you embrace the wind and the sk

Don't talk about vegetarianism
We must not talk about vegetarianism and animal rights, in a world where humans are eating or (about to eat) their fellow humans. How can we talk about not killing the animals? How can we ever make someone understand that killing an animal is an equal crime as killing a homo-sapiens. In a world where non-vegetarians confess proudly that they have tried everything except humans. I wonder if it is an achievement? Because it's about robbing a living being's right to live. It's n

It's About The Inner Conflict
When a nation quarrels, it divides into two. They were quarrelling perhaps due to two different religions. Now they are two nations, following their own religions, they must be happy now! But unfortunately still they are in dispute. They start dividing their religion further. Half are following the first preacher and the other halves, the other one. You may think at least now they must be satisfied. But again in those two categories of people, many have conflicts. So, they ag

Feed The Animals With A Responsibility
It is good to feed animals. It gives us satisfaction that we are doing something for the hungry beings. But have we ever given it a thought that while feeding them, whether monkeys or dogs, how do we dispose of that food's packing? Few months back we went to a hill station and on almost all of the hill-stations in India we find hundreds of monkeys on the way. And being responsible human beings we find it our duty to feed them. We also buy dozens of bananas and breads to feed

A Perfect World
Can we expect a perfect world, Where, there are neither woes, nor worries, Neither crimes, nor furies. Only love and peace, Perfection and relief. Where nature embraces the mankind with its most wonderful presents, Where scent of brotherhood expands innumerably its feathers. Where all the children play in the lap of mother nature, Where everybody is living fully in the present, No one is afraid of his future. All the creatures live peacefully on our planet, Each has his own i

Feeling God
The concept of God can never be explained, It can only be felt. Feel it, feel it right away, Just at this very moment. Feel it, assimilate it, absorb it, That God is there in every atom of my being, of my surroundings. In this divine nature, in this existence, in that tree, in those innocently chirping birds, In that dog sleeping on the street. In these clouds, in the sky, in the sun, Even in each non-living thing. And start respecting every existent. Everything is just it wa

Hey Nature! How Do You Handle This?
I wonder how nature remains beautiful and serene always. Despite being touched and spoiled innumerate times by humans. It stays untouched, ever innocent, creating same beautiful patterns again and again, morning and evening, day and night, summers and winters, autumn and spring, arrival and departure. Hey nature, how do you manage all this, that too simultaneously, unbiasedly? Am in love with you. Pleasant evening pals!!! Medhavi :-)

Poetry and Prose
Poetry is liquid, just like water, Ever flowing. Prose is a piece of cake, Soft and sweet. A book of poetry is a flowing river, A book of prose is the whole cake. Both contain well analysed, deeply observed situations, Often emotions and sometimes frustrations. Happy Tuesday pals!!! Medhavi :-)
