Dharma For Life Team’s Visit to Ayodhya: A Journey of Reverence and Purpose
The Dharma for Life (DFL) team, led by Dr Medhavi Jain, Founder, recently undertook a spiritually enriching and purpose-driven visit to the sacred city of Ayodhya. The three-day visit was marked by profound spiritual experiences, deep engagement with revered Jain ascetics, and meaningful discussions centred on DFL’s future projects. This visit reaffirmed the team’s commitment to blending dharmic values with research initiatives. Day One: A Divine Beginning The first day beg
Sanjeevani Naturopathy Centre-Gohana
Sometimes one finds that quality of transparency, dedication & satisfaction in a work culture which can be a role model even for the bigger corporate cultures. I was feeling a bit awkward visiting a naturopathy centre for the very first time in life because I was completely unaware of its happenings and schedule. But to my surprise all my confusions and dilemmas were treated in a healthy & positive way especially by all the lady staff. They were indescribably good & helpful
Writing
It's not a child's play Let each thought, analysation Gets assimilated into your being's core Let the observation journey continue it's chore. Keep learning new words Keep exploring their meanings even more. Let the senses of your mind be open Until you start understanding the words unspoken. And then the words would ooze out from your soul On their own. So easily it would become a child's play Where you act like clay. Happy day friends!!! Medhavi :-)
Divine music
Is Meditation Limiting Our Creativity?

In one chapter he has mentioned about a modern fad, which includes the educated & the semi educated people, who wish to appear secular. They proclaim with an air of smug superiority," main mandir vandir nahin j
The Food Meditation
It's wonderful, I've never tasted my food like this before. Since past 2-3 days I'm trying to meditate on my food. Before start eating, I'm saying thanks to the universe to provide me with such a blessing. And when I put the first bite in my mouth I just close my eyes & try to feel the exact taste of that bite... Chewing it slowly... Feeling it & then swallow it. Believe me it feels so good. I know it's possible to not to speak while eating or to concentrate completely on foo
The Food Code Badly Needs To Be Decoded
We live our lives quite shallow, without giving much thought what life is all about. This is the reason why we don't value anything in life. We don't count our blessings very often & that's why we take them for granted & misuse them. Beside many other things, one of the most important part of our lives is food. This is one of the basic necessities of our life. But have we ever given it a thought that how important is it to eat the right food at the right time, to keep ourselv
