Dr. Medhavi Jain, Founder of Dharma for Life, made impactful academic contributions this December by presenting two research papers at esteemed national and international conferences, further strengthening the organisation’s commitment to integrating ancient wisdom with contemporary life.
Her first paper was presented at the National Seminar on “Omniscience in Jain Tradition in the Perspective of Indian Philosophy,” organised by the Bhogilal Leherchand Institute of Indology (BLII), New Delhi, from 5th to 7th December 2025. The seminar, supported by the Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR), brought together eminent scholars to explore profound dimensions of Indian philosophical thought. Dr. Medhavi Jain’s presentation offered a fresh and insightful interpretation of Jain epistemology, highlighting its relevance in today’s quest for clarity, consciousness, and inner transformation. Her contribution was well appreciated for bridging scriptural depth with modern applicability.
Immediately thereafter, she presented her second paper at the Two Days’ International Seminar 2025, hosted by the Amity Institute for Sanskrit Studies and Research (AISSR) in collaboration with ICPR, on 11th–12th December 2025. The theme—“Contribution of Indian Knowledge Tradition to Modern Education and Society with a View to Viksit Bharat 2047”—aligned closely with the mission of Dharma for Life. The title of Dr. Jain’s presentation was How India Can Lead the World Economically also Through Its Timeless Wisdom (कैसे भारत अपने शाश्वत ज्ञान के माध्यम से विश्व का आर्थिक (भौतिक) नेतृत्व भी कर सकता है). Her research examined how Indic wisdom systems aim to promote an individual’s holistic development. She specifically mentioned that Jain philosophical wisdom of soul science and material science motivates one to lead a life of Ahimsa and respect for all life forms. The practices of all-inclusive knowledge can guide future-ready models of education, ethical leadership, and societal well-being.
