An energy
Rejuvenating, transforming
Making me determinant.
Activating those forces
Lying in me dormant.
They come out through sweating
Where negative energies seem to be melting.
Indeed it’s indescribable
It tells me that
I am possible.
Wrote these lines after a sweaty yoga session.
I am back after a break.
