Google: A person employed to help people attain their goals.

Wikipedia: Coaching is training or development in which a person called a “coach” supports a learner in achieving a specific personal or professional goal.

A coach uses a style in which they ask questions and offer opportunities to challenge the learner to find his or her own answers. This helps the learner find answers and new ways of being based on their own values, preferences and perspectives.

Life coaching techniques

Life coaching is about you. It’s a co-creative activity where the coach & you work together to find what is best for you. In this relationship you are equally accountable for your growth by completing the tasks, chosen by you & given by the coach every week.

Getting coached is insightful. It’s amazing to have a professional, reliable friend, who is there to listen to you, unbiasedly. Who provides you honest, non-judgemental feedback & motivates you to move ahead in your beautiful journey of life.
