“I” As A Third Person

nature-wallpapers-hd-sun-spots-1

This “I” is so powerful, multi talented & a multi tasker that we often underestimate it. It can work as an “I” which refers to each one of us; The identity-as a second person and as a third person too. Here I refer second person as a family member or friend & third person is the outsider or the person we are unaware of.

Whenever you feel depressed and all the other means fail to elevate your mood, start acting as a third person to yourself. Analyse your achievements, see your yourself through an unbiased perspective; as if you don’t know yourself. Observe your routine, your tasks, your efficiency, your hard work, your way of dealing with situations, tough circumstances. And then appreciate yourself, motivate yourself, pat your back that yes I am worth it. I am the one who have achieved it. And I didn’t use to be so harsh on myself. Yes, of course hard work is necessary but as far as I’m putting my 100% into it, I should not feel guilty about it that I’ve not got this or that. It’s okay. It happens.

I bet, it would help you tremendously. Because no matter how much our family members & close friends love us. They always think about us as “ghar ki murgi daal barabar”. And if they think about us as someone extraordinary then also they don’t show us (except our mothers, I think)

as they think we will be spoiled. So, today act as a third person to yourself & raise your spirits. All the best!!!

Thank you friends.
Have a tremendous day ahead!!!

Medhavi 🙂
